I spent 9 years at Atlassian watching a company scale from chaos to machine. Things broke constantly — pivot fast, fix forward. I integrated 10+ acquisitions, led operational excellence programs, owned budget and cost structures — always with customer experience as the outcome that mattered.
Then I watched PE-backed companies struggle with the same problems we'd solved a decade ago. That's why I do this.
